Called For A Jump Because My Car Was COMPLETELY DEAD! Tow Showed Up VERY PROMPTLY INDEED! BUT, I PRESUME The Driver NEDED To Charge His Box MAYBE Because He FIDDLED With The Box And Told Me MAYBE I NEED TO REPLACE MY KEY FAUB AND LEFT ME WITHOUT MAKING SURE MY CAR WOULD START…STATED HE RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL WHEN I ASKED HIM TO TRY AGAIN! I PAID $95 FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING Because AS SOON AS HE LEFT MY NEIGHBOR SHOWED, GAVE ME A JUMP AND MY CAR STARTED RIGHT UP!!!! I DO APPRECIATE HOWEVER BEING RECEIVING A CALL FROM THE MANAGEMENT, APOLOGIZING, OFFERING A COURTESY JUMP IN THE FUTURE BUT…STILL WASTED $95 FOR NOW, SO THANKS FOR NOTHING “HERO”

I can’t thank Roadside Hero enough! My car wouldn’t start, and after trying to jump it myself with no luck, I called them for help. They showed up quickly, gave it a professional jumpstart, and when that didn’t do the trick, they towed my car to my mechanic without any hassle.
