I hired Rob to photograph the Books a Million grand opening events in both Cypress, TX and New Caney, TX and I can't recommend him enough! From the very beginning, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with, even when I mixed up dates more than once (so sorry). He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and brought such a creative and thoughtful approach to every shot. I was expecting to receive 5–6 images within a few days, with the remaining images delivered within a few weeks, in line with industry standards.
