We love the customer service at Robbins Brothers. Everyone is so helpful, we worked with Vohn and he provided us an amazing experience. He helped my wife pick a beautiful ring, and she left in a very happy mood. Robins Brothers provides an amazing selection of rings, plus cleanings and inspections, and is the perfect place to stop by if you're looking for a special ring. I am so happy with the customer service. We walked in with an idea and price range in mind, and Denisse completely got the vision and immediately showed me exactly what I described. In under an hour I was able to choose not just the engagement ring, but the band that went perfectly with it. She even added additional future bands to the profile so that my fiancé could eventually surprise me with an upgraded band. I got exactly what I pictured in a ring and the price was by far the best in Houston. Please take my word for it and visit the Galleria location and ask for Denisse. She is THE Girl’s Girl, will listen intently, and bring your ideas to life!

Robert Randall is the best diamond / design specialist. I highly recommend him. He is so down to earth and easy to talk to. He understands budget and price points and isn’t aggressive at all! I would recommend him and Robbin’s brother for your ring needs !
