I had booked an appointment several weeks in advance and had organized my schedule accordingly. On the scheduled day, no one showed up, and I hadn't received any notification. It was only after following up myself that I received a call about two hours later explaining that the electrician couldn't come and that the appointment would have to be rescheduled. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, in this type of service, communication and reliability are essential. Being notified in advance would have demonstrated greater professionalism and respect for the customer's time. I'm leaving this feedback constructively because there's clearly room for improvement in appointment management and customer follow-up.

Je sais pas pour la qualité de leur travail..mais en tk leurs capacités de conduite et de stationnement ça fait dure en maudit. Stationné tout croche, sur les 4 flash, sur un gros No Parking. Bloque la circulation dans un stationnement commercial pour aller se chercher un lunch...des beau cabochons.

J ai fait la demande d une soumission pour une installation de borne de recharge et une vérification de ma boîte électrique voila 48h et toujours pas de réponse. Ils disent 24 à 48h mais je n ai rien reçu.
