My grandson had an appointment at 8:15am on Friday, Sept. 12, 2025. We arrived at 8:00am and was seen promptly. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed!! We had the pleasure of seeing the nurse practitioner, Ashley Hall. She was very pleasant, friendly attentive and very thorough. She made sure she answered all of my questions and was very concerned. She was very patient and kind. Great Experience!! Thank You Ms. Ashley.. You Rock!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

Loved the new doctor in the practice Dr Barnett (Bennett)? She was great and spent quality time with my daughter. Both my kids have been going to this practice since they were little. This practice is truly like a family. Dr Hammad and Dr Mays are gone as are some of the long time RN's but it is still a great practice and we love Dr Platner who is still there. Reminds me of the doctors office of my childhood. They take time, they care. My youngest is 18 now and we will move on in the next year or so to an adult doctor for her but this practice will always hold. a special place in our hearts. Nothing fancy, just love and good care. Thank you Old Fourth Ward for many great years of healthcare for our family.

All the staff are amazing and caring. We love Dr Platner and our son is very comfortable with him. He has been seeing him since birth and we appreciate his communicativeness.

I have a 14 yr old and a 4 yr and Dr. Platner and his office have been my children’s Pediatric care since their first appointments. I have never had any issues and all of my concerns are always addressed.
