Excellent service yesterday when the electric went off at my elderly mums flat. I phoned and the electrician was out within the hour and this was early on Saturday morning. He quickly checked the electrics and it turned out to be an NIE issue. He reported the issue and kept in touch with me throughout the morning to make sure the electric supply was restored. Excellent reliable service.

Respectful and friendly to deal with, even in passing I mentioned a long time bugbear of position of garage light switch, resolved and the switch repositioned after the work of conversion of garage light to LED. Always willing to assist and help in anyway. I have had faults with upstairs lighting, a replacement bathroom extractor fan, a replacement light cable.
