Robyn Goldberg was referred to me be a family member who had consulted Robyn for a medical condition, which Robyn guided her successfully through. Robyn has helped me tremendously. My issue was rising cholesterol, and with Robyn’s guidance I changed my diet so that I had control over my cholesterol. Robyn is thorough and knowledgeable. I left our work with an understanding of nutrition, and I can now make educated choices for myself. Robyn took the time to explain how nutrition works and showed me exactly which foods and essential items to include, and how to balance it all. Robyn also combined foods that would be satisfying as well as meeting the essential nutrients that are needed. I left my consultations with Robyn understanding how nutrition works. I can now go forward myself, understanding what is important to include my diet and what I should avoid. Robyn is extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I enjoyed working with her. I am very grateful that I was referred to Robyn!

I was referred to Robyn during a really difficult time in my life where I wasn't able to swallow solid foods for over a year, due to a medical condition. Once that condition resolved, I found myself fearful to eat due to all the swallowing challenges I had experienced. Robyn was instrumental in getting me back on the road to recovery and normal eating again. She helped me create a menu of soft foods based on where I was at and pushed me to keep adding more and more of my regular foods to the list. During that process, Robyn also helped me let go of many of the rigid "food rules" I've lived by my whole life. Working with Robyn has helped me let go of a lot of perfectionism around my body, weight, and what I eat, which was an unexpected (and huge) benefit of our work. I consider myself a serious Type-A professional, so I also appreciated Robyn's style - she knew when to challenge me and when to step back. And I got a lot from the in-between session support and encouragement too. I highly recommend working with Robyn and will continue to do so as the need arises for me!

Robyn is incredible! I started seeing Robyn during a time of extreme pain and anxiety after every meal I ate. I felt lost, overwhelmed, and frustrated. Immediately after meeting with Robyn virtually, I felt a sense of calm knowing that she would help me get through this. She is so warm and understanding, and truly listened to my concerns and feelings. She has such a wealth of knowledge, and helped me tackle both my anxiety and pain together. She also gave me incredible recommendations for foods to eat that would work with my dietary restrictions. I am feeling so much better since working with Robyn, and am so grateful for all of the lessons she has taught me. Could not recommend her more!
