⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had my daughter’s birthday party at the Birmingham venue yesterday and it was amazing from start to finish. The party room was warm, clean, and beautifully set up. Huge thanks to the hosts, Gavin and Chelsea, who made everything run so smoothly and stress-free. My daughter said it was the best birthday party she’s had so far! We would definitely recommend and will 100% be back again. Thank you so much 🎉🎂

Great place for kids. Good safety brief. Lots of staff on the floor to offer assistance. Was great first half, second half of session got a bit busier. Overall my 8 year old loved it.

We had an absolutely brilliant time at rock up today, the staff members who helped us were extremely friendly and very welcoming, they made us feel very safe and confident in using the equipment. They encouraged us to try everything and always helped us when we needed it. The experience was so much fun, I highly recommend rock up for anybody who is looking for a fun, exciting and thrillseeking experience. I will definitely be returning in the future

Absolutely fantastic experience! I accidentally booked my ticket for the wrong day and, when I reached out, the staff immediately helped me sort it out with no fuss at all. Everyone was so kind and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great time. The whole place is clean, well‑organised and very welcoming. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and my daughter had the best time – she keeps saying how amazing it was. We will definitely be back!

A great fun place to spend a few hours with kids, it could be chaos but the staff are excellent and organisation is brilliant. The stand out thing is the cheerful, friendly super helpful staff. Thanks for a great afternoon 😊
