Finding RockBox for my exercise needs was like finding the water that actually quenches my thirst. I am so satisfied with these workouts. They are absolutely incredible, and results are seen quickly. The staff and trainers are always so welcoming and make you feel like you’re apart of the family. Nobody gets left behind or falls to the wayside here. Best gym hands down!!! I’ve been working out consistently for well over 20 years, and there is nothing like RockBox Meridian! It’s the workout, atmosphere, trainers, community and so much more! I did mostly cardio for years- but here I get strength training that I need so badly in my mid-forties, the cardio my brain craves and it’s different every single day. I thought I might get sick of it, but after almost three years, I’m finding that I love it more than ever!

More than just a gym, it's a community! No egos here and everyone encourages everyone in their health journey. Coach Jim is amazing, as are the other coaches, and pushes you when he knows you can get to the next level. This place is a cross between kickboxing and crossfit and a major advantage is the extra stuff they offer like the occasional women's self defense seminars, the muscle-building bootcamp which comes with an app and coaching from the owner Molly, who's a nutritionist which is a major BONUS, as well as outside activities like hiking to the top of Tamarak, cold plunge at Lucky Peak, and other charity activities. At Rockbox, they know every member by name and are always welcoming and happily offer tips and guidance, without being pushy or trying to sell anything. My hubs and I have been members for 1.5 yrs and have NEVER had the same workout twice so no chance of getting bored. We consider RockBox our gym family and are so blessed to have found them.

If I could give them TEN stars I would. I absolutely love RockBox. I use to love the gym, but making up my own workouts and waiting for equipment got old. I’ve completed over 500 classes at RockBox Meridian-South. The trainers are excellent at what they do. The head trainer Jim and his sidekick Chase keep it fun from the moment you walk-in. But truly the member community is the best part. I highly recommend giving RockBox a try if you are serious about getting fit and/or like to have fun!

RockBox is awesome! I hadn’t been to the gym in a million years and was scared to jump back in but the community was so welcoming, the trainers motivating, the workouts intense but fun and always keeping you guessing, moving and growing. Never have a moment to doubt yourself just keep going and before you know it you have completed another RockBox workout and can be proud of your progress. Such a great vibe and environment!
