Logan Scott is an experienced technician that efficiently completed all of the regular maintenance steps on our HVAC system. As part of the maintenance steps it was discovered that the contacts for the heating element were buzzing loudly and failing. Logan's truck was stocked with the needed part and it was quickly replaced. Before leaving Logan showed me pictures of all of the steps taken in the maintenance steps and the repair. As has been the case for the five years I have lived here with Rocket Cooling as our HVAC contractor, we are very pleased with the service they provide. Highly recommended!

Robert and his crew arrived right on time to replace my whole system. He explained what they were doing and got right to work. They were so efficient. The service was prepaid in advance for the scheduled appointment. Technician Robert Oiler was on time, dressed appropriately, professional and knowledgeable about his job and kept me informed of his actions and answered all my questions. Bob is a great representative of Rocket Cooling and definitely a “Keeper.”
