Logan Scott is an experienced technician that efficiently completed all of the regular maintenance steps on our HVAC system. As part of the maintenance steps it was discovered that the contacts for the heating element were buzzing loudly and failing. Logan's truck was stocked with the needed part and it was quickly replaced. Before leaving Logan showed me pictures of all of the steps taken in the maintenance steps and the repair.
