I’ve worked with Robert and the Rodeo team twice, first to troubleshoot our Viking range, and a year later I bought a Subzero from him! This is a wonderful family-owned business and they’re extremely honest, and great at what they do. Their team seems to know anything there is to know about appliances, even giving me free tips on my other appliances during their repair visit. When we had the space for a bigger fridge but were scared to buy used off FB, Robert had an amazing 2020 Subzero for a really good price in stock that he even put a 3 year warranty on for us, way more assuring than just buying blindly online. It’s been working perfectly a year in and we are happy there’s this warranty relationship that’s ongoing! Highly recommend for service and for purchasing.
