I can’t say enough about how great and happy I am that I had a Rodriguez, Painting And Sons paint my home. Jessika and her crew did a fantastic job. I am very happy. The prices are very reasonable and they do not subcontract out any work. Jessika was here every day and it was 100° outside, very happy with the outcome.

We could not be more pleased with the service and experience we had with Jessika and Luis. We hired them to paint the exterior of our home. They were on time to our initial quote and pointed out repairs that were needed, sealing that was needed, and places where they were going to have to scrape and prime ahead of painting. Their experience really shined through. They were able to estimate the amount of paint needed perfectly. They provided a very fair quote that was within our budget. During the painting process, they communicated very well. They were reliable, had great attention to detail, and were professional throughout the entire job. They cleaned up every day (our home took about 6 days to complete) and they were very respectful of the property the entire time. They showed extreme attention to detail pointing out places that they needed to go back and touch up proactively. They gave careful attention to the sealing that was needed all over the home. As they were completing the job, they walked the property several times to ensure that every detail was accounted for. They only accept final payment after we all walked the property and agreed that everything was complete and we were completely satisfied. I already have them working on a quote for the interior paint next! If you are considering getting your home painted, I wouldn’t consider anyone else! Jessika and Luis are the BEST!

We have owned rental properties in northern San Antonio for a number of years. About 5 years ago, we found Rodriguez Painting and Sons and have used them to paint (interior and exterior) and some remodeling on our rental houses ever since. They do EXCELLENT work!!! Jessika and Luis are professional, communicate well and get the job done quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost! I alway feel well respected as their customer! I would HIGHLY recommend Jessika and Luis at Rodriguez Painting and Sons for all painting and remodeling work!!! They are the BEST!!!

Jessika and Luis did such a great job on my house, especially the doors!! My daughter’s jaw dropped when she first saw it. We love the doors. They also did a lot of painting inside, trim work, fixed some odds and ends inside painted some doors from dog scratching. Results are outstanding, will call them again soon.
