We used this CPA to file our LLC returns in 2014. In 2015 we had a bunch of issues with accounting in which I tried to contact Rodriguez and Holland to get it sorted out. They would never call me back like the said they would. Even if you use them, they aren't really "your cpa". They don't call you to remind you about anything, and they nonchalantly tell me they "can't help" me because I am past the deadline....Which is the very reason you need a CPA, because you need help!!!! Now I am going to have to find a new CPA, which seems ridiculous!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Rodriguez Holland & Co. When it comes to small business accounting, they truly care about their clients and helping them in every way possible. I came to RH & Co after a bad experience with another CPA who I had hired to set up my small business. I needed the paperwork created and filed with the state for creating my LLC. While the other company gave me nothing but heartache, they led me to RH & Co and for that I am thankful! First off, RH & Co found mistakes the other company had made when filing my LLC paperwork. When they explained the errors to me, they had already mapped out several ways of how to deal with the issues. I felt fully informed and they took what could have been a stressful situation and made it much easier on me by presenting me with the facts and all possible solutions up front. In addition to reviewing my LLC paperwork, I hired RH & Co to help with my small business accounting. Rather than just having a company do all of my accounting for me, I wanted a company who would set everything up correctly for me and then teach me how to do it myself. This is exactly what they did. I took in all of my info and paperwork and they took a few weeks to organize and set everything up in QuickBooks. I was then given a 2 hour one-on-one lesson on how to enter everything correctly and how to reconcile my accounts so that tax season would be easier on both me and them. While I do my monthly accounting, I have had periodic questions and RH & Co has been very happy to assist and quick with a response (usually same day)! I was dreading my first year of business taxes, but know that with RH & Co on my side, I have nothing to worry about. I trust that they will continue to provide the most professional, efficient, and quick service that I have come to know.
