I went here to order a 9 inch cake for daughter’s 24th birthday the cake was beautifully decorated but the cake itself was very dry and the frosting was bitter from the dye and tasted refrigerated very disappointed for spending 80 bucks . So I contacted the bakery and they told me to bring the rest of the cake back and they will make me another one but I explained to the lady that I don’t drive and I have mobility issues because I use a cane plus it’s 0 below weather . That is too much of a problem for me for something I paid for to be done right the first time . My brother had to come all the way from the south side to take me to pick up the cake . They told me that’s the only way the issue can be resolved instead of giving me a refund or partial refund. All the years I used them for my daughters birthday cakes and this what I get . Never again I’m done with this business

I have loved coming here for the last 5 years that I’ve lived in Humboldt Park. I always receive exemplary service, however, today, Liz was amazingly sweet, and I just had to share. Thank you for all that you do. Your cake donuts are the best in the city.

Definitely the BEST tiramisu I’ve ever had, incredibly light, fluffy, and full of flavor. I’ve tried tiramisu from homemade recipes to desserts in Italy, and this one truly hits the spot. Highly recommend this bakery!

Wonderful workers very helpful. The churro donut is an absolute gamechanger. The cannoli was a top tier Chicago pastry. Hard to top these one anywhere in the city and burbs. Also got a beautiful Chicago Bears cookie was was light and tasty and made up for me missing out on the free hor dogs at wieners circle!!

Where do I even begin? This stop has been on my ever growing list of places to check out for a while. We came on Friday at 5pm. Easy parking in the lot right next to the building. The shop is absolutely adorable and a true time capsule. The cases still had lots of options even an hour before closing. We got a variety of things, I only have photos of mine. Shown are donuts and a lemon bar. Everything was amazing! I highly recommend stopping here and trying a few things when you can. I'd love to get some ice cream next time!
