These guys are phenomenal - fully replaced my cracked cast iron stack and central plumbing for a reasonable cost, but what really sets them apart is the professionalism not just of the plumbers but of the office staff. My duplex plumbing was clogged and backed up under my driveway. They came within just a couple hours of booking the appointment, and got it done quick, great work! They tracked a little dirt through my house but they probably would’ve gotten shoe covers or taken off their shoes in the house if I asked. Still five star service, thanks again!
We experienced a leak in our water heater. I contacted Roger Ross and they responded within an hour, gave me a very reasonable quote and sent JD out within 2 hrs. Inquired about a thermal tank and they added it on at a discounted rate! The guys were quick and efficient! I’m so thankful for the same day service with fair pricing! This is the my first time with Roger Ross. I chose them because they are local and, most important, very familiar with plumbing issues relative to the very old homes in the area. He diagnosed leaks in my ancient pipes and fully described the problems and the repair plan. After meeting such a great knowledgable team I am confident that their experience and expertise will solve even the most perplexing problems once repairs are under way. I will follow up later.
