90 % of the time the food is good. Few times it hasn't been up to standards but that's not the issue as I gave the food 4 stars. I've ordered here over 100x. The problem is making people that ordered on the phone waiting for a long time while the food has been ready since they arrive. They have a lot of people ordering off the menu board and that takes time. New people asking questions or taking there time because they don't know what they want. Now someone that phone ordered 20 min in adv has to wait while these people decide what they want. They need to be more organized in this regard while other customers are mulling over there orders, which can take a while, they should be getting the orders that are already ready out to those customers that called in adv. Let them mull over the orders but get your to go customers their orders ASAP. There's no reason for them to have to wait 20 min for an order that was called in advance and just needs to be paid for. 30 second transaction instead of waiting over 20 min with 2 people in line ahead of you. This happens over and over and over again. They need to be 100x more efficient in this area. They should be asking if anyone has a pick up order and use one register for that and get those people out. It will create more space for the small establishment and the people ordering off the board can take their time. Please consider this. Thank you Tom G

The arancini is what we bring here but the owner is very gentle, he welcome us and make us try a little of everything insalata di mare, frittura mista, panzerotti e gelato...guys not kidding is a great place that you don't want to miss when you are in vegas...great job
