We were looking for a contractor to do interior and exterior repairs and renovations. Romy Construction Inc was there to do the project which consisted of window replacements, waterproofing, new exterior stucco, new insulation and drywall in two bedrooms, new carpet, paint interior and exterior, foundation and concrete work, as well as a full remodel for a walk in closet. Everything turned out great and looks very nice. Romy was available to always answer any questions that we had and his crew were very skilled and respectful of any requests that we had. I would recommend Romy Construction Inc.

Romy Construction Inc. recently completed several projects on our home, including exterior painting, soffit installation, Trex decking, handrail installation, a new front door on the front porch, and cable railings on the backyard porch. We are very pleased with the results. Romy was hands-on throughout the entire process, making sure that every detail was carried out properly. He was easy to reach and communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was his knowledge of city regulations—he was well-informed about the required measurements and ensured everything was up to code. The wood on my balcony was aging and needed repair. I also wanted to replace the railing with metal. I had a specific design in mind, and Romy was able to build exactly what I wanted. His team worked tirelessly every day, even over the weekend, to get the project done. He paid attention to every little detail. Not only did he get the details right, he also made great suggestions along the way. The work was done quickly, yet carefully. The update elevated our house to the next level. Thanks Romy!

Selected Romy Construction to replace my current wood panels on the front of my home to stucco and it was the best decision. Roman and his team were very professional throughout every step of the process: the team was punctual every single day of the project, they were very experienced, knew exactly what they were doing for each step and were very skilled in their craft. They kept the job site nice and clean throughout the process and Roman was present every day and constantly communicating with me on the process and next steps. He was easy to work with and accommodating, I was able to make suggestions as the project progressed and Roman was able to adjust and make things happen. Roman also provided great suggestions to further enhance the appearance of the home so the communication was great. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend Romy Construction. I was impressed with Roman's care about the quality of his work and attention to the details. I have other home improvements and remodeling in the future and I plan to reach out to Roman again for future projects.
