Five years ago I had this company inspect my roof after I found staining on parts of my ceiling. After I had it inspected I was told I needed a new 5 crown metal valley installed to allow water to flow properly. I had it installed and over the years I've seen staining on the facia board below the valley but I didn't think too much of it. I recently inspected the facia board myself and found it to be water damaged and very weak. I called a different roofing contractor and they found out the valley installed was cut too short to drain to the gutter. I then called the roof doctors back to see if I can have them check out the work they did and they wanted to charge me 75 dollars when they are the ones who improperly installed the valley. Horrible customer service in my opinion and no other company around charges for estimates. I would recommend going with a more reputable and competent company.
