Hired roof hub to replace an aging roof with leaks at a new house I bought. The actual work was of high quality and fast. My only 2 issues were: 1)They were supposed to install an attic vent the first time they came around. They did not. But once I called them about the mistake they had made, they installed one promptly and it has been working well. 2) I had originally called about the leaks but I was also perfectly clear that I wanted the roof replaced to deal with moldy wooden planks. I even sent pictures. They said it would be no problem but I later found out they never replaced these planks. They told me this was a job for a mold abatement company only after I had already paid for the service. Overall, the company is fast, fairly priced, and does quality work. Warranty is also good. I would have given 5 stars if they had been more upfront about what they wouldn't do when I hired them. Despite this I would still reccomend them.

We hired Roof Hub to construct our East Boston Roof deck in the spring of 2025. From initial contact, estimate, scheduling and completion Taylor and his team were extremely professional. Everything was very clear and as stated, and they were flexible when we needed them to be. They are thorough and efficient. We are very happy with their work and their price and would not hesitate to recommend them for a similar project in the future.

RoofHub recently replaced our roof, which was a large project involving two buildings, our house and a workshop. Taylor was extremely responsive and helpful every step of the way. He helped us secure the financing we need and even went over and beyond addressing some particular concerns we had with our property. His crew was well organized, efficient, and did a great job protecting our property and cleaning up the site. The roof looks great. Would highly recommend!

Nothing but great things to say about Roof Hub! We had a roof leak on a flat rubber roof with an existing roof deck. After researching numerous contractors who all agreed of a necessary full replacement, we came across Roof Hub, Taylor and team, and chose them to do the full roof replacement and new deck installation. They were the most knowledgeable, responsive, had the best pricing, competitive warranty and were able to do both jobs (which was hard to find). They also weren't pushy about signing initial contracts like other companies. Once kicked off, they were able to answer all our questions during the process. Greg, the PM handled all operations with no effort on our part and was super efficient. They fixed the drainage problem completely and even came back to clean the staircase and install a handrail to the deck after project completion. Also their quoted price and final price were nearly the same! Highly recommended, impressive customer service and extremely professional work. We will enjoy the new roof and deck. Fantastic job!
