Very impressed with the customer service, ease of ordering, sticking to delivery windows, delivery and set up, the whole thing. The pieces themselves (sofa, mattress, platform bed, and more) are high quality and fairly priced. Highly recommend Room & Board NYC.

Went 3/8. Was in the store for about 45 minutes, tried multiple couches, looked at patterns, etc.. My partner and I were ready to buy a couch, but not a single sales associate even looked at us. When we tried to ask for help they avoided eye contact with us. I don’t know if it’s because we’re an interracial couple because everyone else in the store was being helped. The couches were lovely but the in-store experience was terrible.

We hada fantastic experience at Room & Board Chelsea! We worked with Rod, who was absolutely incredible. We struggle with major decision paralysis, but Rod made the entire process seamless. He helped us design our living room by working around our existing decor and finding new pieces that fit our space and color palette perfectly. He was professional, friendly, and always available via email to answer our questions. If you're feeling overwhelmed by choices, ask for Rod - he's an expert at guiding you to the right selections.
