They have a great selection of Living Room sets. We had a specific one in mind but didn’t know if they have it. We are extremely happy because as soon as we told Kathy, she knew which one to show us. And she showed us more than one. She was externally patient with us. We took our time. Anyway, she helped us all the way and we ended getting the entire set. She offers a few amenities to the buy that we thought were perfect for us. Whenever we are going again, I’ll make sure to ask for her. Thanks Kathy!
What a wonderful experience!! I would not even consider any other competitors. Kathy Canto made it an easy, stress less and fun experience shopping for our new furniture. With her knowledge, dedication and commitment to guide us through so many options, she managed to decorate our new home in a way we absolutely love. I know we’ll definitely come back to see her again.
We purchased a dining room table from Rooms To Go about 5 years ago. Last night, while my wife and I were sitting on the sofa watching TV, the glass top of the dining table suddenly shattered into pieces without any impact or reason. This was extremely dangerous. Thankfully no one was near the table at the time, but this could have easily caused serious injury or even killed someone. A dining table should never fail like this on its own. I am shocked that a product with this kind of risk is sold by Rooms To Go. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in the quality and safety of their furniture, especially glass items. I strongly advise others to avoid buying glass furniture from Rooms To Go. This is unacceptable and terrifying.
Came in and staff was very welcoming. Stephanie came forward and let me know a quick guide of the store and she is here to help. I appreciated that I was allowed to look around with no pressure. I found what I liked and called Stephanie over. From there she was VERY professional and helpful in finalizing my choices with no pressure. It was like two friends going shopping together. In the end, I was satisfied that I chose a quality bedroom suite and mattress. Stephanie was so sweet/ professional I ended up almost spending 10,000 dollars and did not mind it at all…lol. I did not catch the manager’s name but he was awesome as well. Will work with Stephanie again!
