Saw the Hoist V4 Elite Gym while browsing online and noticed Sparks had one set up in their showroom, so I figured it was worth a stop. Ended up spending way more time there than planned because Jerry took the time to show me how different movements worked and helped dial things in for my space and goals. Being able to actually move through exercises instead of just looking at photos made the decision a lot easier. Kudos to Jerry for the help, can't wait for delivery!

Stopped by Sparks to check out some equipment and honestly had a really good experience. The showroom has a lot to see with home gyms, bikes, treadmills, and plenty of cardio options you can actually try out. I went in mainly to look at recumbent bikes, and the staff made the whole process easy. They had me hop on the recumbent bikes, helped get them adjusted correctly, and walked me through how everything works. No pressure at all, just answering questions and letting me take my time to see if it was the right fit. You can tell they actually know the equipment and are not just reading specs off a screen. My favorite was the Hoist LeMond Bike. It had all the features I wanted and was super comfy and fit my budget. What really sealed it for me was knowing they handle delivery and installation. It is a relief not having to worry about moving heavy equipment or setting it up myself. I'm really excited to have it delivered and installed and start using it at home.

My friends and I have been talking about saunas a lot because we like using the one in the gym but hate having to deal with the cramped of being elbow to elbow with other people. A lot of online shops show that they have saunas and they look pretty good but Sparks actually has them displayed in their store. We had a great time looking through their selection and trying them out. We decided on a 5 person sauna because we wanted extra space to stretch out. Really excited to get this added to our house. Hopefully we can get it before Christmas!

Lots of gyms to try out. I saw hoist, life fitness and warrior. They felt great and it was cool to learn about all the features. Staff was nice and taught me how to use the machines. I got a Hoist mi7 which was my favorite of the ones I tried. Shopping experience was easy and staff was super helpful.

We bought what we were told initially was going to be an outdoor sauna. The sauna we received was indoor and installed a day that it rained outside. They charged us the money on our card and we didn’t get the sauna for over a month. Seems strange to have almost $2k charged and not receive your paid item for over a month. We didn’t have a cover or anything for it and had to scramble while paying an additional $250 to get a cover and pallets to put them on. They offered to help us if we needed anything, so when I simply asked to send back the installation team so they could get the sauna on the platform to protect its base they gave me a moving company to try and make me pay additional money for something that probably would take 2 installers 5 minutes to get done. Customer service is unsatisfactory in my opinion. *In response to your 4 month later response, I simply asked for the sauna to be put on pallets in the same exact location just required 10 minutes or so of your installers to place it on them for protection since we were under the impression it was suitable for outdoors and really wasn’t. I also never asked for it to be moved to a different location at all so your response is not factual. The installers were really nice and probably would have had no issue coming back to rectify it, I just wanted it lifted onto the pallets to prevent any water/rain damage that it may encounter. Instead I had to pay movers to come and buy a protective outer cover. The sauna has been fine, but the communication could have been better, and you could have just taken care of a simple customize request, but didn’t. Have a Happy Holidays!
