Liet Cuba made my buying experience so easy. She greeted me with a big smile, making me feel at ease right away. I informed her of what I was looking for, she gave me some information and let me walk around the store freely with no pressure. Once I made a decision on what I was interested in, she gave me information on the products and explained different options. She is extremely knowledgeable, but she let me make my own decisions. I went to look, but ended up buying. She is so transparent because she cares about her customers. I felt she treated me like family. Thank you, Liet, for your amazing customer service.

So it’s been a few weeks and I’ve yet to get any response to my money back due to missing three days of work because of this company not having the delivery situation in order. So not only did they damage my interior the first time of delivery they got it wrong the second time and had to take off work for the third time to get my furniture inside my home correctly. I tried to just get a full refund the first time and they denied me, which was odd since I didn’t finance . Seems all they care about is getting your money and well delivery is just up to you even though I paid extra for this matter. I will say they did try to refund me $75.00 , NOTE- my merchant was WAY over this price. WHAT A WASTE IF TIME
