TurboTax chat has better response times and answers than him & his staff, plus they can't even handle accurately scheduling appointments. Will be taking my taxes to a business which values its clients and their time.

Negative five stars if possible. Missed our scheduled consultation on a Sunday (Sunday was per Tyler’s request) then the next day I get a call from the secretary that he he had a “family emergency” and would like to reschedule. She offered times, I accepted one, and waited for a calendar invite that never came. Tried reaching out to let her know and cc Tyler on email and no response. Such a waste of my time and so unprofessional. If this is how they handle potential new clients I can only imagine the shoddy state my taxes will be in under their care- no thank you!
