I booked a massage at this spa as a birthday gift for my girlfriend, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. When she got back, she couldn’t stop talking about how amazing everything was. She said the spa was peaceful she and she loved that she was finally able to unwind the moment she walked in. The staff was super welcoming everyone made her feel comfortable right away. She said that the massage itself exceeded her expectations, she felt completely refreshed! I’d absolutely recommend this spa to anyone looking to treat someone special or even themselves to a relaxing experience.

I honestly don’t even know where to start… this place was so much better than I expected. The second I walked in, it just felt calm, clean, and put together without trying too hard. Everyone there was genuinely kind, not in a forced way, and you can tell they actually care about the experience, not just getting you in and out. My treatment was amazing. I left feeling completely relaxed and reset. It’s one of those places you don’t want to leave when you’re done. I’ll definitely be back and already told a few people about it.

Capri was very helpful from the second I walked through the door. She showed me the space and amenities before I decided on which pack to try. I very much enjoyed the sauna + cold plunge and cannot wait to come back! Beautiful and clean space!

Dropped in for a sauna session, the paperwork/ intake form was beyond annoying and repetitive and likely needs to be updated/ shortened for a better experience It felt like too much hassle for a 40 mins service!

Made an appointment with Grace, who was supposed to be the new massage therapist with all of the best experience and techniques. It took two weeks to get an appointment for her. I arrived on time and filled out the form and sat and sat and sat. The receptionist said nothing until 25 minutes passed for my scheduled appointment. No, one bothered to check on me and no one asked why I was still waiting and no one asked Where was my therapist.I walked to the front desk and said I had to leave for another appointment and it was then discovered that Grace not showed up. When I checked in, no one bothered to look for her as I waited. No one bothered to check on me and as I left, no one knew where she was. Hard to believe you can run a business like that.

Recently tried rooted over the holidays for a self care day and I really enjoyed the experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like that you get to pick a signature scent for your massage. Upon checkout they also give you a mini bottle of the scent to take home. I want to get in to try the sauna next time!
