Super fast appointment booking online, quick response too. I had the pleasure of Rudy and Robert come check out a plumbing issue at my house. Both were polite, courteous and on time. Rudy and Robert took time to explain what they recommended, how they were going to achieve it, and after the job explained what they had found and mitigation strategies for the future. It really was fantastic service, and they are both a credit to their company. Thank you

Ernesto was professional, friendly and didn't try to charge me for something I didn't need! And he came within 60 minutes on a Sunday! No extra charge for weekend! The washer kept over flowing and we couldn't use dishwasher and washer at same time. Ernesto found someone put a plastic bag in the line when we bought the house and it was blocking the line from fully draining...it's been perfect since! Thank you Rooter Hero and Ernesto! I highly reccomended!

Rudy was awesome. honest and I highly recommend him. I had an issue with Dishwasher not draining,, he did full inspection of the line and determined that the issue was a cap needed to be removed from garbage disposal. He did that and things worked great. He didn’t make the situation more complicated than it is unlike others. Thank you so much Rudy!

This is a place of business. They charged us $1,800 for a proactive jetting and camera just to verify all good for a construction project. Almost month later called them back for a backed up toilet as they were bragging worry free and assuring this service was under warranty. When I called Rudy he said without even coming out not under warranty due to a bladder issue in pipes but wasnt even an issue in that area as other restroom fine. I explained I was only trying to clear something in line and they ignored what I was asking and wanted to still charge $1400 as they were 100% certain from our conversation that this was the issue. I called another plumbing company and they found what they call a soft blockage as was a tampon in line. That would have been one expensive tampon at discounted rate of $1,400. How kind of them. Not sure how this company stays in business but wont ever give my business to them again. I still cant believe they wouldn't listen with our issue and only wanted to straight up charge excess $$$ from speculation. The whole interaction felt super shady and it was. Get your quotes and if it feels off pass.
