Had a slip here for a brief time. A LOT of politics/drama between slip owners/renters and management. If you rent or lease your slip you're basically the equivalent of chopped liver. Not much water movement so the water can get pretty foul at times. Pool is decent.

Nice marina if you own, don't rent! The only perk is parking your boat. Like a boat trailer park. If you own a slip you are allowed to swim in the poo. Whoooohoo! you can swim many places cheaper than that cost. Just saying!
