Melanie was fantastic! She called me ahead of time to let me know when she would be arriving and any things I needed to do to prepare. She was attentive and listened to my concerns. Melanie was professional and friendly. She answered all of my questions and gave me preventative advice for the future due to the nature of my job. Her canine companion that did the inspection was very well trained and thorough. I hopefully never have to do a home inspection again but I 100% would use Rose Pest Solutions again.
