Justin and his team are phenomenal. I’ve had around 5 different CPAs in 3 different states. Justin and his team are communicative, responsive, knowledgeable, and make us feel like we’re one big team. They are everything you could want in a CPA. He did our tax planning with us and gave us wonderful insight into how to maximize our savings. This seems like a given, but I’ve had multiple CPAs who do not do this. Our taxes, which are complicated (for us!), were done right and we saw amazing refunds. I had them back when covid happened. They failed on ever front. I hired them to do my personal and buisness taxes. They filed my Business taxes under my personal and never filed my buisness tax. They never communicated at all. I would write emails to find out whats going on just to be ignored. It got so bad and they continued to drag their feet. They waited until tax day and i had to call on tax day because of their non commination just to fine out all these mistakes. Since they never filed my buisness taxes. I had to file for an extention that cost me more money. This also prevented my buisness from getting a ppp loan since I just started my buisness. I was just getting started and they did everything they could to destroy my buisness, waste my time, and cost me money on multiple fronts. I would never recommend them to anyone! What's worse is i tried to let it go, and move on...but they still keep sending me emails from different addresses. every time I see this name I ruins my whole day and brings all these terrible feeling back. I know I'm not supposed to feel hatred but I truly hate this company and these people. They shouldn't even be allowed to keep their doors open for what they do to people!
