I called the firm to speak to my attorney Luis, but was transferred to Misty instead and was disappointed by the level of professionalism displayed by staff. I became aware that Misty and staff members were discussing me personally, including comments about my appearance and assumptions about my demeanor being “angry,” rather than addressing any concerns directly with me. This type of behind-the-scenes commentary is unprofessional and unnecessary, especially in a legal environment where discretion and respect should be standard. If there is ever a concern with a client, it should be communicated directly and respectfully, not discussed among staff. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to reinforce professionalism, cultural awareness, and appropriate workplace conduct moving forward.
