I’m happy with how responsive frank was, he answered all my questions l, listened to our needs and did a detailed analysis to give e us an accurate assessment of issues in our furnace and ac unit. This is a large improvement investment and I felt he did a thorough inspection and had a 2 man crew there to replace full hvac systems, this only impacting family for one day. I recommend Ross for their professional, timely, patients to answer all our questions attitude and delivery. Thank you frank and team for making this stressful for me issue resolved with kindness and action.

I was able to get a next day appointment no problem. Dustin arrived exactly on time. He was professional without being overbearing. After he completed his inspection he let me know what he found. Honest and straightforward. He explained what he could do, what plan Ross offers and let me make the decision. No hard sell. I chose the plan to have Dustin do maintenance on my a/c unit and water heater and include full maintenance on my furnace. I am very pleased with my choice to have Ross Heating and A/C solve my furnace problem.

I've used Ross Heating to service and tune up my oil furnace in the past; I've always received excellent customer service; from the initial call for service request, they always answer the telephone, to the technician who responded to my home and do the servicing. Yesterday it was Frank who responded to my home while I was not there. He called me to let me know that he had arrived and he called back to give me updates. Frank was extremely responsive to my inquiries, he was very courteous and professional. I will continue to use Ross Heating in the future and highly recommend them.

Overall, Ross Heating and Air did a good job doing maintenance on my oil furnace. It's running perfectly. However, I should have asked the price when I called to book the appointment (my bad), because they charged me $279 for just regular routine maintenance. My furnace has had regular yearly maintenance for 70 years and is in good condition and I've been told it's the cleanest oil furnace many have ever seen, so nothing special had to be done. The most I've ever paid for such service was $175 just last year (unfortunately, that person is no longer doing oil furnaces). So, I was charged $100 over the going rate. So,even though they did a good job and I liked Frank the technician, I will call around to find someone who charges a more reasonable price.

Ross Heating and Air was recommended by a colleague who also owns an old oil furnace. Sterling our tech (friendly and good spirited) was able to identify the issue quickly and gave an estimate for the repair in minutes. The part was available and we were able to get the repair completed same day. We had used another local company for our initial winter service and recommend repairs, but they were not able to resolve the final issue after several visits. Ross’s quote was reasonable and less than the estimate for the same work from the other company. For all our heating and air needs Ross is now are go to company that is reliable, friendly, and affordable.
