Rosselyn did a nice job hemming my pants and has made other alterations I needed on a dress in the past. She is also very sweet and the clothes are ready in a few days. So far, I am very happy with her work and will keep going back.

I never write terrible reviews but you need to know NOT to go here. I paid $550 to have $3k+ of clothes ruined. Based on her 5.0 star Google reviews, I was excited to bring a LOT of jeans, work pants, blazers, shorts, and skirts to get altered. But this is how they all turned out…I had no idea that professional tailors even do this, let alone charge for this! The lack of quality is absurd: 2+ new seams per piece, pinched fabric instead of cutting, and zero cares about lining up pre-existing seams. It’s terrible. I asked for a refund and was denied. She said she’s always done it this way and that I would have had to ask for it to be cut. Also, the “store” is a shop completely under construction. There was not a door to the room and half of the wall was cut out. Thank god I wore leggings to keep on underneath because there was no place to change that wouldn’t be exposed to the construction workers walking around.
