I bought an unsold work post auction. I love it. The process was smooth and efficient. Ross's provided a really good service. The item arrived well packaged and intact the following day. The only downside was the 25% auction fees which add quite a bit to the price and are higher than other auction houses I have used.

Purchased a handbag from Ross’s using their online auction. The process is straight forward and easy to understand. Charges are 25% plus VAT, so can add quite a sum onto purchase price. Communication was good, if a little slow. But condition check photographs and videos provided were good. Surprised that authentication was done in house, but no concerns over authenticity of the item purchased. Had the item shipped, which Ross’s arranged (at a charge) and was extremely shocked a bag costing over £1k was shipped in a piece of bubble wrap and a plastic bag, rather than a box. Thankfully DHL didn’t crush it during shipping.
