Brian was great to deal with which is always nerve racking with most plumbers. He was honest, on point with pricing , had unlimited knowledge with how to address my plumbing issues. Easy going quick and no mess to clean up once done. I would highly recommend his services and Roto-Rooter.

Chalana came to put house this morning when we discovered we had no water. Pipes were frozen. He did a great job unfreezing the pipes and advising us how to handle very cold days in the future. Above and beyond. Great service provider! Will call again!

Response was 30 minutes after the call. Brian the tech identified the problem, called your adjuster Tim. Both were here both gave great service. Both gentlemen were awesome, professional and friendly. If I had any worries they explained and put me at ease. Great job guys and thank you

Terrible, sloppy vent install. Crooked, messy, and nothing like professional work. Very disappointing. And this is the front of the house! Update: the install of the water heater was good. The only bad part was the vent. But I painted it and it looks better. But I will have to work on making this look better when the weather warms up. New picture posted.

Had a toilet overflow, sewage flooded basement. Roto Rooter has been great. From initial fixing frozen sewer line to remediation. Tyler walked me through whole process & Kevin did the clean up..I could be more happy. Very professional & courteous, fast & on time. Price was reasonable for emergency services. Coupons came in handy. Will use again
