I am writing to share my positive experience with the service provided by Lamar today. Lamar arrived on time and immediately began addressing the issue. His professional knowledge was evident as he assessed the situation and developed a clear plan of action which was very reassuring. Once the work was completed and inspected he took the time to thoroughly clean the area of all trash and debris. I am very pleased with the quality of his work and will certainly request his services for any future needs and refer him to friends and family.

Derek and Chuck were both very organized and expert repairing our sewer drain. The prep protection for our furnished basement where a wall needed to be cut and our outdoor garden which had to be dug up to access the sewer line was exceptional as was the clean up after the work was completed. They both were kind and respectful of our property...wore protective boot covers before entering our home. They worked so well together as a team. Derek was able to place a new easy access to the sewer line behind a door in our basement rather a cut out in the wall where it had previously been located. We also had support from Matt the field supervisor for this project. Grateful to Roto-Rooter in RI and would highly recommend them.

We worked with many individuals from Roto Rooter and we were very happy with all. The person scheduling (at this local branch, who was very friendly and attentive) Ryan Ballenas (who never wasted a moment and worked very hard), Ryan Leary (area supervisor who was very patient in explaining the different processes needed), Matt Brown & Charles Dalton (very knowledgeable trainers who worked very hard and were patient in answering any questions) and David Langlais, who, although he was in training, went above and beyond to help and make us feel comfortable with the cleanliness and overall satisfaction of the way things were left! Matt, Charles, and David worked through the darkness and cold, without hesitation of finishing what was needed! We were even contacted by the GM, Joe DeSimone, who was very friendly, patient, understanding, helpful and willing to do whatever was needed to make sure we were happy and felt heard. I was very impressed with this Roto rooter serviceman. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything upfront after he assessed my situation. I felt I could trust him. He proved to be an impressive plumber. I was having trouble with my toilet leaking and needed urgent help. He was more than willing to help. He fixed my toilet and cleaned everything up and I thanked him for coming to my emergency. He said no problem and if you have any other questions or issues don’t hesitate to call him. He looked at some other things I claimed to be issues in the house. Ryan said I can take care of those issues just call. I feel like this is my new problem solver for my plumbing needs.
