The good news is the response time was great, service was great. But the price was not so great, due to our location on the outer cape. But in an emergency situation what choice do you have. However, we do appreciate the timely and professional response.
Needed to get our main sewer line descaled due to a back-up which Roto Rooter handled on a different visit. Our plumber, Harry, was very professional, polite, cleaned up afterward, and communicated with me throughout the process. I would recommend Harry to others. I do feel like the price we were charged was a lot higher than what an online search said such a service should cost (note someone other than Harry provided the price), but there isn't much we can do about it since you were already working on our plumbing and you know it would be more difficult for us to get other bids.
Roto Rooter, Ron specifically, saved Christmas Eve for us. With 20 people arriving in 2 hours, our main septic line clogged. A disaster in the making. RR rallied a technician in 4 hours and solved the issue to the delight of a lot of anxious guests who needed a rest room. And Ron was in a positive mood with can-do attitude. Bravo guys! Appreciate the early arrival of Santa! My recommendation to any reader- save Roto rooter in your contact list. I’d call them first every time! I called Roto Rooter with an emergency because my water heater died. The person on the phone was so nice. She had someone sent to my house within a couple of hours. They handled everything and new water heater installed same day. plumber was nice and explain to me all information I needed to know. I was so relieved because I was stressed about it.
