Ms Kyra is an amazing teacher and joy to have. Front desk lady is clearly uninterested in anything not pertaining to her dancer, not friendly, and disorganized. Newsletters constantly had links that didn't work or information that wasn't included and when asked questions were told to look in the newsletter until we pointed out the information was not there. Were told not to take photos/videos because they had professional photographers doing it and the pictures we received were from a student photographer, all pictures blurry, feet cut off in the shots and not a single picture of my child. Lack of professionalism and organization. Nowhere to sit when waiting for your dancer in class. Seems like they only care about their more experienced dancers and not the new people who join. Would not recommend this company. We hope that Ms Kyra finds a new company to work for so she can be our dancer's teacher again.

Overall, this place is great as we've been coming here for over 7 yrs now. The main issue is the punctuality in which the kids get released, 15 min late is pretty typical. Multiple times, we've waited 30+ minutes, so they are not very respectful of other people's time consistently. Communication isn't great often as well. These reasons are also why we've considered leaving multiple times because it's just too much at times. 2 very simple things that can be fixed because this a rinse and repeat operation, so you think they would have things down by now.

My daughter is just loving her ballet class. I like that the studio has expectations even for young dancers while at the same time, the kids have fun and get exercise Every staff member is both friendly and professional. I have never felt pressured like. Have heard about at other dance studios. The staff uses an online platform app to update parents as well as paper and emails for all communication which is really helpful.

My daughter recently joined this studio. We have both been very impressed with the training and education that happens here. A much better experience than her previous studio. And the cherry on the cake was their winter student production of the Nutcracker. My husband and I were blown away by the talent, the set, the costumes....a true delight and feast for the eyes! This is our first year at RDA and we had no idea that this recital would be the full blown production and done so beautifully! Congratulations and thank you RDA 🎉

My girls grew up with what we called the second family at RDA. The dance education was great and the relationships they built with the instructors was greater. My girls are grown women now but we all cherish the time they had at RDA and their time there provided them with many life skills as well.
