Communication needs to improve. We got shown to our lane and that was it, no information about how much time we had or that we could use the table service… this made it really awkward for us when a waiter informed us we don’t have much time left, to which I asked how much time do we have left? She said she would find out, came back and said we had to leave. It was a disappointing end to what was a really good night. If we’d have known how long we had we would have made sure we finished in time. Would not come here again, part of the reason we ran out of time on the lane was due to the slow bar service, both upstairs and downstairs. Do not recommend

We had our company Christmas party in Roxy the light and we were really happy with all the service we received. The saff was excellent mostly Ella who looked after us really well.

Had a great time at Roxy Lane in Leeds The Light! Adam looked after us and he was brilliant, such a fab member of staff. Super attentive, really friendly, and made the whole visit even better. Big shoutout to him for making our experience so enjoyable!

Booked here for 23 people for a Christmas do, only 15 turned up and the staff there were great in letting us split the unused food/drink into money off our bar tab. They offered a gluten free pizza for one of our guests, the rest of us enjoyed what was offered on the menu. Roxy is always a good time and we were very satisfied with the service we received. Thank you!

I booked here for a work's night out. The range of activities available is great, and the service was 1st class. We were talked through each game and how to play. The drink menu had pretty much everything you would want, but the food was next level. Usually, in these places, it's a bit of an afterthought, but I would probably go back for the Popcorn chicken alone! Can thoroughly recommend it for anyone after a fun night out.
