Excellent venue, except for no handrail for people to use to go up and come off the stage/podium. One individual in his 70's tripped and thankfully somehow caught himself as he could have broken his hip or neck. Sadly most event planners and venues do not appear to realise how important a handrail is, not only to prevent falls but also for people to retain their dignity.

Came to the Royal Armouries for a business awards event - beautiful venue and food menu/service was excellent. Shout out to doorman Leon for helping my group get into our bus safely at the end of the night, top man!

A very impressive collection of weapon, presented with fashion! Many many interesting things to learn about the art of combat! It's interesting for an adult and has enough interactive parts to keep the little ones interested! There are also many temporary expositions and little shows during the day! A lift can help the disabled people move through the building and a nice souvenir shop awaits you at the end! The entrance to the permanent exposition is free and is definitely worth it! Highly recommended, and perfect to combine with a water taxi trip! ;)

The museum is very extensive and unique. You find weaponry of all sorts and of all the ages of mankind gathered in this place. For people interested in military history this is definitely worth visiting. The entrance is for free. The only thing that you have to pay is crossbow shooting but that is not a must however it is optionally available as well.
