My 1st Diadem experience was very impressive and exceeded all expectations! This long-standing family-owned bouquet has been open 20+ years on New Garden but I hadn’t known about it. Welcomed warmly promptly, then met and greeted professionally by Brian within a few minutes. Then the owner, Sterling, came out to greet me. I learned that he has had 40+ years of experience and was actually in business with a lifelong friend running a very successful Jewelry chain before they were sold. This store was very busy on Christmas Eve eve but they made me feel like the only customer in the store with their authenticity and care. I had a repair service needed, hoping to have back for a surprise Christmas gift. Brian inspected, priced the job fairly and gave an eta of 1/12, pending availability of parts. I told him I was hoping to have the ring back for my wife’s Christmas gift. He said he would do all he could, but could not promise anything. I OK’d the price for the repair and left. The next morning I received an amazing text, notifying me that my wife’s ring was ready! Wow. What outstanding, swift service to make it happen for my wife’s Christmas gift!
