I visited Royal Handwash on the 14th of February 2025 at around 2:05 pm, and the experience was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The environment is very calm and beautifully set up, making it easy to relax while my car is being washed. Their waiting area truly allows you to unwind, and it feels more like a lounge than a carwash. The personnel greeted me politely, answered my questions clearly, and showed a professional attitude throughout the entire service. When my car was ready, I was genuinely impressed by the attention to detail. Every surface, inside and out, was spotless, and the finish looked better than I expected. The staff’s professionalism and the peaceful atmosphere make this place stand out from any other carwash I’ve been to. I will definitely be returning and recommending Royal Handwash to others who want high-quality service in a relaxing setting.

I visited Royal Hand Carwash on Friday at 18:27, and the experience was exceptional. The team took time to understand what I wanted and ensured every part of the service was tailored to my needs. Their professionalism and courteous approach made the entire visit feel premium.The finished result was incredible. The exterior had a deep, glossy shine, and the interior looked completely renewed. Even the small details—vents, trims, and edges—were cleaned to perfection. I left feeling like I had a brand-new car. Highly recommended for anyone who values quality.

I recently visited Royal Handwash on 12/02/2025 at 3:45 PM, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of care they put into their work. First time getting my Mercedes GLS washed here. I picked it from the good reviews. When I got home I noticed a new 2cm scratch down to the metal on the lip of the bonnet closest to the drivers seat. They also hadn’t replaced a plastic cover for one of the seats and left it in a rear door bin When I noticed, I called and said what had happened. They dismissed my concerns stating they only use soft towels and wipes and that they couldn’t be responsible. They reviewed the CCTV and said the it does not show the damage occurring there, so it didn’t. They allowed me to also view the footage. Some of the cameras don’t work, and with the ones that do, my car isn’t even in shot half the time. Royal car wash were never going to take my complaint seriously because it would cost them a little bit of money to fix it. I can accept that mistakes are made, however what isn’t acceptable is straight out denial and a lack of accountability. Had they worked with me I would be happy to go back but why would I now. Terrible experience all round. If you love your car do not go here. Any real issues will be swept under the rug Update - 27/11/25 I knew Royal Car Wash was responsible for causing this damage when they washed my car, and I’ve only just figured out how they did it. The damage was caused by someone lifting the windscreen wiper up so quickly that they scraped it on the bonnet. What they should have done is put the car in wiper service mode which turns the wipers straight up to avoid this type of damage. I told staff on the day when I came in to inform you of the damage that I don’t know how you did it, I don’t know how it occurred but it happened there and I was given every excuse like you have. You say you conducted a thorough investigation, however someone is obviously lying. You either didn’t bother to ask your workers or one of your workers lied about what happened. All that had to occur was the person responsible for the careless damage tells you and you apologise to me. Instead of doing that you avoid taking responsibility any way you can. Like I said before, if you care about your car don’t take it here. God knows what will happen to it

If you only want your car to look clean from far away, then Royal Car Wash is the place to go. This was my first time using them, and I went all in with the Royal Wash ($100) plus an extra $5 to have the boot included. After waiting close to two hours, I couldn’t believe how poor the result was. The bugs all over the front of my car were brushed off as “chips” when I questioned them, the dirt on the footsteps was still there (apparently a “better wash” was required for that), and the windows were left smudged. For $105, this was nothing short of disappointing. Honestly, I could have done a better job myself at a regular car wash in half the time, with a bit of tyre shine to finish it off. Lesson learned — I won’t be back.
