Patrice Raikova is AMAZING!!! We were looking to move from the Toronto area to the Ottawa area and our Selling Agent, Matt Dean in Toronto, spoke highly of Rachel Hammer's team and put us in touch with Patrice. Patrice was the perfect fit for us! Patrice's organization skills and attention to detail were evident from Day 1 and made the daunting house hunting experience, effortless for us. Patrice's proactive communication approach, and always anticipating our needs, was super helpful and appreciated! She has a high quality circle of professional trades-people, and she connected us to an excellent building inspector and excellent painting company. Patrice's reputation as someone who embodies honesty, trust and transparency was demonstrated throughout the entire process. Just as we were recommended to the Rachel Hammer Team, we can now also wholeheartedly highly recommend Patrice and the Rachel Hammer Team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Ottawa area.

My clients are being relocated from BC to ON for work and Krista Laroda, with the Rachel Hammer Team, helped them find a home in the Ottawa area. They said, "Krista was really great! She gave us her undivided attention for our very short house-hunting trip, which we really appreciated. We found her to be knowledgeable and up-to-date on all of the things that we would need to do in order to be protected in any buying capacity. She was friendly and professional and very responsive." I will continue to trust Rachel and her team with any client of mine, I look forward to working with them again in the future!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Krista from Rachel Hammer’s Real Estate Team for over a year in search of my dream home, and I can truly say it was worth the wait. Krista has the patience of a saint. She never rushed the process, consistently sent me thoughtful listings that matched exactly what I was looking for, and always kept my best interests at heart. Even when I was tempted to settle, Krista encouraged me to pause, sleep on it, and stay true to my vision. She genuinely cared that I found a home that felt right, not just one that checked boxes. When we finally walked into what would become my dream home, we both just knew. It was a moment of shared understanding that only comes from someone who truly knows their client. Krista understood my needs, stayed engaged throughout the entire journey, and never wavered in her commitment to helping me find the perfect place. This is the third home I’ve purchased with the Rachel Hammer Real Estate Team over the past 10 years, and every experience has been outstanding. Their professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for their clients continue to set them apart. I can’t recommend Krista and the team highly enough. Krista is a rare mix of professionalism, intuition, and heart. Thank you for helping me find a home that exceeded all expectations!
