We called Royal Plumbing to investigate a leak under the kitchen sink. Mathew called us back within 5 minutes and came the same day. Prompt, courteous service and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

When my faucet started leaking, I braced myself for a messy ordeal as it was old and who knows what else would fail. Instead, I was met with pure professionalism and skill from Matthew Torres. Not only did he diagnose and fix the issue in a matter of minutes, but he also went above and beyond—literally climbing over obstacles (the dryer) to reach the shut-off valve tucked away in the most inconvenient spot imaginable. His determination, expertise, agility and good humour turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical know-how with such dedication and grit. If you’re looking for a plumber who gets the job done quickly, efficiently, and with a smile, Matt’s your guy.

Matt was an absolute dream to work with - fast, efficient, and completely fair in his pricing. On top of that, he was genuinely friendly and easy to have in our home. We feel lucky to have found him and fully expect he’ll be our plumber for life. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend him to anyone looking for a true professional.
