When my faucet started leaking, I braced myself for a messy ordeal as it was old and who knows what else would fail. Instead, I was met with pure professionalism and skill from Matthew Torres. Not only did he diagnose and fix the issue in a matter of minutes, but he also went above and beyond—literally climbing over obstacles (the dryer) to reach the shut-off valve tucked away in the most inconvenient spot imaginable.
