I had to be at a job this morning in Napa Valley at 6 am. Went down to the garage at 4:30 to get my car and leave. Door doesn’t open. Can’t get my car out. Enter Alejandro and Jorge. They got at it right away. Got me out of the garage and on my way then rocked the repair. Save the day kinda service. Highly recommend.

Alejandro & Jorge of R&S were able to resolve a garage malfunction that made it inoperable. I had to call the dispatch team early in the morning and Alejandro returned my call almost immediately. They were able to get to the property in a very reasonable time for a 5am call. He was quickly able to open the garage to allow a car out, then fixed the problem. Thank you Alejandro & Jorge!
