Devon came to replace the opener on our garage door, and was knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to, and answered all questions my husband asked of him during the install process. R&S is a quality controlled and reparable company. if you want something done with your overhead garage doors. Edson is very knowledgeable and professional, knowing the ins and outs of access controls and diagnosing a Rat nest of wires. His helper, Z never left the job site or had his phone in his hand, and that speaks volumes for me to see. He was right there predicting which tools and parts were Needed for the next step. Not only was the replacement install done quickly, It was done right. If you're thinking about hiring someone for your garage doors, this is the company to get. Affordable, prompt, and professional everything was explained in detail from start to finish. They really do hire the right people to do the job.
