WOW!! I was told this place was the best sandwich place in San Diego hands down, so I had to try it and they exceeded my expectations! The bread, the size everything! Must try!

I love this place! It has great veggie options they allow customization and the minicookies are super good! My favourite sandwich is the Whale's Veg! ❤️ You can also tell produce is fresh and they prepare everything on spot!

Came to this Rubicon Deli twice so far, both times around 7 p.m., and each visit has been amazing. Even though it’s close to closing time, the staff always provides exceptional customer service they’re genuinely kind, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere still feels welcoming and never rushed. And the sandwiches are bomb!! Very fresh, flavorful, and made with care. It’s definitely one of my new favorite spots for a great meal and great service.

BEST SANDWICH SHOP! I’ve been to lots of restaurants in SD, LA, OC, Vegas and more and this is BY FAR my favorite. THE BREAD IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They make it here and it’s so fresh and delicious. Today I got the Garlic Cheese bread for a Giddy Up sandwich and it’s SO GOOD! Also make sure to try the new mushroom & brie soup, it’s so tasty! Oh and you get a free cookie with your sandwich! So great 10/10 👏👏👏

First time here today and customer service was great! Friendly and helpful. We got the Rich Boy, Super Mario, and All-Star! The Super Mario was my personal favorite! It had sooo much flavor and it was nice and warm! Can’t wait to try it again. Also loved the house chips and the delicious surprise chocolate chip to finish our delicious meal. Thank you guys for all of your hard work.
