First time coming here and it was good. I got the pepperoni pizza and garlic aoili (delicious) but substituted the cheese for vegan cheese and meat for halal pepperoni. Surprisingly the cheese was alright and even melted nicely. Also had the Bramble Berry spritz which was a good mix of sweet and sour. Dessert was strawberry and vanilla gelato (don't know if the tiramisu had alcohol) and it was nice. The atmosphere was pretty dark, dimly lit which is perfect if you hate harsh overhead lighting. Only issue was that the service was pretty slow.

Proper authentic Neapolitan pizza in the heart of Bristol! Went with a mate recently and honestly, Rudy’s lives up to the hype. We got the Portobello on a white base (swapped garlic oil for truffle oil which was an absolute game-changer) and tried the triple pepperoni with halal pepperoni - really appreciated they’ve got halal options available, makes all the difference. That crust though… perfectly charred, puffy edges, just the right amount of chew. You can tell they know what they’re doing with that double fermented dough. The garlic aioli and chilli honey dips were elite - that sweet-spicy combo with the crispy crust is unmatched. Fair pricing too - £34.80 for two pizzas, dips, and a drink is spot on for the quality you’re getting. Location on Baldwin Street is super convenient, right in the centre. If you’re after proper Neapolitan pizza in Bristol, this is the spot. Already planning my next visit!

Nice atmosphere with candles and nice decorations Staff service is ok, it just takes some time to look for them to order. We ordered two pizzas and two drinks, the drinks came in 10 mins and the pizzas 30mins. The lemonade is not too sour, the taste is just right. For the blood orange cocktail I expected to be more fruity but it’s still okay. The two pizzas are both very flavourful and fresh. The dough tastes good but can be quite dry. The tiramisu is creamy. I was expecting more chocolate flavour but it’s still good. Personally don’t not prefer the dry dough that much.

The welcome was not the best. There was no greeting and no response to my “thank you” when I received the menus. The person at the entrance was really cold and rude. The music volume and atmosphere were pleasant. The pizza menu is well done, with a reasonable number of options. The girl who served us later was very kind and came to ask if we wanted anything else. I ordered a Peroni “rossa.” As an Italian, I expected a red beer, but it turned out to be just a regular Peroni with a red label. The pizzas are good but quite average overall. The eggplant was very rubbery and tasteless. The Melanzana a funghetto pizza was quite average, while I enjoyed the Salsiccia pizza much more. In some parts, the pizza was dry and lacked toppings. Overall, I am satisfied, but there are a few things that could be improved.

Wow!!! what a lovely experience me and my partner had We were craving authentic Italian pizza and that is exactly what we got. The dough is absolutely incredibly its got that slightly chewy texture and soft crusts which pair well to dip in any of their sauces!! the hot honey is a personal fave! The pizzas were packed with flavour i had the Salsiccia - the fennel sausage and caramelised onion was insane, the sharer was also great to nibble on whilst waiting having a few cocktails to start Defo try the cocktail specials, if your a fan of an espresso martini you have to try the tiramisu drink! overall service was fast and super friendly the Manager Ellie is an absolute joy! she looked after us all night and was so so good at checking in on us and making sure we were having the best time! deffo recommend to any fellow foody! 🍕
