We were so pleased with the entire experience at Ruff House. They were very accommodating and Crystal was so good with all of the dogs. She dealt with all the dogs where they were that is to say, some already knew some commands and others were just learning We were very comfortable and she took care to be gentle with the little ones. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Crystal and all of her trainers at ruff house. She has worked with both of my Aussies for basic obedience and tricks classes. Looking forward to participating in a fungility class soon! Bring your dogs to Ruff House! You won’t regret it.

Crystal @ Ruff House is amazing! She has a connection with each fur baby offering her a real understanding & quick diagnosis of their needs. I appreciate that learning is made fun for our Petra instead of being fear based. There are so many fun options for classes, too. We look forward to many more learning experiences with Ruff House!!!! They are the best around so your fur baby is in excellent hands!!!!

Crystal was extremely patient and professional with both of my dogs, as well as with my anxiety and concerns about their behaviors. She worked with my dogs after they several scuffles with each other in the house. She also helped to establish boundaries for each dog, as well as learn how to read their body language, and sense when they may be getting stressed or annoyed with one another. I was so impressed at how quickly my dogs responded to, and were comfortable with Crystal. Both dogs are also reactive on leash, and Crystal worked with us to help make walks a more pleasurable experience for all involved. She instilled confidence in my dogs and in in me as well. Working with Crystal has truly helped make my household a calmer, more structured place for everyone! The picture is of two happy pups after their last session with Crystal!

Our young labrador mix, MoJo, has always been a sweetie but somewhat...er... rambunctious. With Ruff House Training we learned how to redirect her energy and keep her engaged with us. She is so much easier to walk and people comment all the time on how well behaved she is for a puppy (7 months), let alone a lab puppy. Crystal gives great instruction and the class had a lot of content. We tried another obedience class previously with a different instructor and did not get half as much out of it as we did with Ruff House. We couldn't be happier.
