Came here with my mom that is 92 yeara old to buy plants and the little girl on front was so passive aggressive. So rude and her approach was so passive aggressive. Like I felt like she didn't want to assist with me anything after spending so much money on plants. Do better. Have some compassion. Awful.
Fantastic local nursery- super friendly staff and very helpful. One guy had clearly clocked out and still offered to show me around and the staff member at the checkout offered to help carry soil to my car. Customer service was 12/10 exceptional and they were happy to take their time and coach me through any questions I had. Really fun and quirky ceramics selection if you want something unique for your home or garden. Great assortment of local plants and garden herbs. This is the kind of local business you want to see thrive- shop local and support treasured places like this. Long live Ruibal’s!

This place was a hidden gem! I traveled from Oklahoma just to check it out, and Ruibal's did not disappoint! The plants are well cared for, and they've got a huge selection at reasonable prices. The plants I found look amazing in their new forever home. I loved it and can't wait to get back!
Mikayla was super friendly and courteous! She helped me find the perfect house plants as I was shopping for birthday gifts for my sister. She gave me a tour of the entire indoor selection and showed me everything within my price range. She really knows her stuff! She then carefully brought each house plant to my vehicle and helped load them safely before leaving. We will go back to Ruibal's East Grand location and always ask for Mikayla. Thanks, Mikayla!!!
