My boyfriend and I decided to go to Pittsburgh on a whim and his only request was a boat ride. It wasn't looking promising as it was a holiday and most of the boat tours were not running. I came across Rush Hour in the middle of the night. I texted Captain Bob and had a booking for that night, he even sent a coupon code. The tour itself was beautiful, I got to see Pittsburgh from a vantage point that is breathtaking and Captain Bob knows so much history and information about the city. I hope to do it again sometime with friends. Thanks Captain Bob for the amazing night.

Our group of 6 and 2 young kids, ages 8 and 10 had the best of time with captain Bob on his boat. He can write a fun book on Pittsburgh with the interesting facts he knows about our city. I learned quite a bit from him about Pittsburgh despite living here since 2019. Overall, we had such a fantastic time and I will surely take out-of-towners on this tour again when I have guests visiting.

Simply the best! I took my mom and aunts on a 2hr cruise before sunset. The boat was beautiful and well-equipped, so even if we had forgotten small but important things like a cup or corkscrew, they were on the boat. Captain Bob is extremely easygoing. I think he can work with any vibe you want - sightseeing, party, relaxed etc. My group was definitely more relaxed and loved sitting on the front of the boat. Finally, I thought the price was very reasonable considering the vessel, the entertainment value, and the memories made. Thanks Captain Bob!

I wanted to surprise my wife with a river cruise during our 10-year anniversary trip to the burgh and booked a 3-hour private cruise with Rush Hour Boat Charters. I went in with high expectations based on online reviews, and I'm honestly not sure who was surprised more, my wife, or myself with just how incredible the entire process and trip truly was! From the very start making arrangements and booking with Captain Bob was a breeze. On the day of our trip, we walked up to (before realizing who he was) Captain Andy in Station Square to ask for general touristy help locating something in the area and he was incredibly kind and helpful. As soon as I noticed the Rush Hour logo on his shirt and realized he'd be the one taking us out, I knew we were in for a great time! Captain Andy's wealth of knowledge about the rivers, bridges, buildings, and the city in general, both historical and present, made every minute we were on board entertaining. From tailoring the cruise and narration to our wants to sending us a personal message wishing us safe travels / a happy anniversary and thanking us for being on board the following day, Captain Andy went above and beyond in making this a magical trip! I would highly recommend Rush Hour based on our experiences with Captain Andy alone, and we will definitely be back on a future trip to the city!
